You suggest an activity to a creature of your choice that you can see and that can hear and understand you. Asking the creature to do something self-harmful ends the spell.
The target makes a Charisma save. On failure, it performs the action. The action can continue for the entire duration. If the activity can be completed in a shorter time, the spell ends when the subject finishes what it was asked to do.
