Cleric: Frost Domain
Clerics of the Frost domain serve gods and goddesses who have a connection to the cold, ice, and winter. Examples include Auril, Skadi, Thrym, and Uller.

When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain proficiency with Martial Weapons.
Also beginning at 1st level you can use your action to unleash a blast of cold from yourself. Each creature within 5ft of you must make a Constitution saving throw against your Cleric Spellsave DC, taking 2d6 cold damage on a failure or half as much on a success. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of once). You regain all uses after a long rest.
Channel Divinity: Cold Feet
Beginning at 2nd level as an action you can raise your holy symbol, calling forth devastating frost. Each creature of your choice within 60ft of you must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failure it take 1d10 + your Cleric level damage and it's movement speed is halved until the end of it's next turn. On a success it take half damage and does not have it's movement speed reduced.
Beginning at 6th level when you deal damage to a creature it loses resistance to cold damage, or it's immunity to cold damage becomes resistance, until the end of your next turn.
At 8th level, once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 cold damage to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8.
At 17th level, you gain the following benefits:
- You gain immunity to cold damage.
- When you use a feature or cast a spell that deals cold damage, you can select a number of creatures up to your Wisdom modifier. They take no cold damage.
